Since opening in ****, the hospital has continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of the community through innovative models of care.Reporting to the Director of Medical Services at Canterbury Hospital, the Medical Administration Operations Manager provides operational and strategic management support to the Director of Medical Services.
The role supports the planning and development needs of the Medical Services Directorate including financial, organisational, physical, and human resources and contributes to service planning and performance monitoring.
It focuses on improving performance, quality, reporting and monitoring across all Medical Departments, in alignment with the operational objectives of Canterbury Hospital.The Operations Manager will assist with coordinating projects and reviews aimed at improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall service quality.
They play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of core business functions, with strategic leadership and advice on sensitive and complex management issues.Ideal CandidateRelevant tertiary qualifications in a clinical or health service management field, or relevant field,
