Key Responsibilities:Maintain and care for outdoor areas including lawns, gardens, and pathwaysPerform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, weeding, tidying and pruningEnsure all outdoor spaces are clean, secure, and aesthetically pleasingAssist with basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks as requiredOperate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficientlyAssist with event setups, equipment moves,



and general labour tasksMonitor and report any issues or repairs needed on-siteCollaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure efficient completion of all tasksSkills & Experience:Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance rolesAbility to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)General handyman skills for basic maintenance tasksStrong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor workGood physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labourExcellent communication and team-working skillsA positive, flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasksA valid driver's license and own vehicle required.What We Offer:A supportive, friendly team environmentOpportunity for growth and development
