The primary responsibility of our Guest Experience Officer is to deliver first class services to our customers ensuring it's in line our Mission, Vision and Values.We have CASUAL positions on offer.Previous experience in cafe and/or hospitality is preferred but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
Future succession opportunities exists for the right candidate - you will be trained to manage the cafe.Key Areas Of Responsibility IncludeProvide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephoneApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS)



systemsProvide customers inquiring about memberships with information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renewsPromote the centres services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolmentsDevelop and maintain positive working relations with customersPromote and exercise good public relations at all timesOpening/closing of the centre in accordance with security and safety procedures.Skills & AttributesPositive, friendly, helpful and energetic work styleComputer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systemsExperience in the leisure industry is desirable.Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
