We're known for elevated Australian dishes, seasonal menus, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality that keeps guests coming back.Key DutiesCook and present meals according to menu standardsManage your section and deliver consistent, high-quality dishesContribute to seasonal menu changes and specialsMentor and train junior/apprentice kitchen staffDemonstrate cooking techniques and share best practices with the teamMonitor stock levels and support cost control initiativesPlan menus and order supplies as requiredEnsure compliance with OHS, HACCP, and food safety regulationsMaintain a clean, safe,
