Project Architect - High-End Residential & Modular ProjectsA highly regarded architecture practice is looking to appoint an experiencedProject Architect to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and design-focused Architect to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.The successful candidate will have strong local experience deliveringhigh-end residential projects, with the ability to confidently lead projects from concept and design development through to documentation, construction and completion.You'll be highly proficient in Revit, with strong technical and documentation capabilities, a refined design aesthetic and the confidence to manage projects autonomously.
You'll also have the chance to work across both the architectural design and interior fit-out of projects, with direct client and site involvement.The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.KeyResponsibilitiesLead multiple projects from concept through to completionTake ownership of project delivery, programme and qualityWork directly with clients,
