To build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community groups cross the region, promoting inclusive hiring practices and connecting them with job-ready candidates from VERTO's Inclusive Employment Program.
The In-Work Support Consultant identifies workforce needs, create sustainable job opportunities, and supports both employers and participants throughout the placement and post placement journey.Build and maintain relationships with employers and community organisations across various industries and sectors.Promote the benefits of inclusive hiring and the supports available through VERTO's IEA program.Conduct employer needs assessments and provide tailored workforce solutions.Provide consistent, ongoing and tailored support directly to participants and employers from placement, and for as long as necessary to maintain employment.Provide regular follow-up support to employers and participants to ensure successful job retention.Address any issues that arise post-placement and coordinate additional supports as needed to maintain on-going employment.About You.We require someone withCert III in Employment, Community,
