Join our team and be part of our continued success.About the roleAs a QA Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of products at Kitchen Food Company's manufacturing site in Meadowbrook, QLD.Working a full-time Monday to Friday you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive quality assurance checks throughout the production process to uphold the company's high standards.What you'll doPerform scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress,
and finished productsMonitor production processes and identify any deviations from established quality control protocolsLiaise with production teams to implement corrective actions and ensure quality improvementsMaintain detailed documentation and records of all quality control activitiesSupport the continuous improvement of quality systems and proceduresAssist with the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality-related issuesComply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental policiesQualification sPrevious experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, preferably in a food manufacturing environmentMinimum 3 years' work experience in a food manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and best practicesProficient in using quality control tools and techniquesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a rapid-paced, team-oriented production environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant qualifications in Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related fieldQualifications in Food Science or similar at any level accepted
