You will work closely with colleagues across diverse teams, building trusted relationships while handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.Key responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, telephone communications and competing prioritiesPrepare confidential and sensitive documentsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsManage expense reimbursements using SAP ConcurPlan meetings and oversee preparation, logistics and follow-upSupport special projects as requiredDevelop a strong understanding of team objectives and align your work accordinglyAnticipate, research and resolve potential issues before they ariseRespond to changing needs and priorities with flexibility and urgencyBuild productive,
