Nursing Experts Services PTY LTD - Blacktown NSWWe're seeking a Clinical Manager with at least 5 years' experience in clinical management within a community care setting, to take full ownership of service delivery across all clients in the agency.
Reporting to the Clinical Director, you'll lead the clinical team and work alongside Clinical Leads and Clinical Support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality, person-centred care nationally, while building a positive and high-performing team culture.
This role includes on-call and after-hours responsibilities.Key responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end service delivery for all clients across the agencyLead and guide the clinical team in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred careDrive clinical governance, ensuring practices meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements across the client baseDirect and coordinate the work of Clinical Leads and Clinical Support staffSet and manage timeframes, deadlines and service standards across the clinical team's workloadBuild and maintain a positive,



supportive and accountable team cultureParticipate in an on-call/after-hours roster to support urgent clinical needsOwn escalation and resolution of clinical issues across the client baseReport to the Clinical Director on service delivery performance, risk and continuous improvementAbout youMinimum 5 years' experience in clinical management, specifically within a community care settingDemonstrated experience owning service delivery outcomes, not just supporting themProven ability to deliver a high standard of patient care at scaleStrong leadership skills, with a track record of positively influencing team cultureExcellent time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound understanding of clinical governance principles and practiceWillingness and ability to undertake on-call/after-hours dutiesComfortable in a small business workplace - hands-on, adaptable and collaborativeAbout usNursing Experts is a Community Nursing Provider is a Sydney-based, NDIS and DVA-registered provider delivering high-quality community nursing and personal care services across Australia.
