You will be backed by a responsive team, clear procedures, paid training, and a supportive Supervisor.About the roleYou will provide one-to-one supports to male participants across home and community settings.
Many supports include gender-matched personal care at the participant's request.
Your work will focus on dignity, cultural safety, positive relationships and participant choice and control.Key responsibilitiesDaily living supports, including personal care, meal prep and domestic tasksCommunity access, appointments and recreationAccurate progress notes, incident reporting and communication with the teamTransport using your insured, roadworthy vehicle when requiredUphold the NDIS Code of Conduct, privacy and safeguarding at all timesYou'll bringWarm,
