We're looking for an experiencedSenior Accountantto take ownership of the financial management acrosstwo companies within the groupand workdirectly with the Managing Director.This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is passionate about improving financial systems and driving business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial control across two companiesPrepare monthly P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsLead budgeting and forecasting activitiesEnsure BAS, PAYG, Super, and other compliance obligations are metOversee accounts payable and receivableLiaise with external accountants, tax agents, and auditorsImprove and maintain MYOB/Xero systems and internal reporting processesProvide actionable insights to the Managing Director to support strategic decisionsIdentify and implement process efficienciesAbout You5+ years' experience in a senior accounting or finance roleStrong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax complianceProficient with MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft ExcelCPA or CA qualified (preferred)Solid analytical mindset and attention to detailClear communicator with the ability to work independently and meet deadlinesMotivated to make a meaningful impact in a growing businessWhy Join UsWork directly with senior leadershipBe part of a business that values initiative and resultsTake ownership of financial operations across two exciting divisionsLong-term career growth opportunities as we scaleApply Now!
