As a Business Improvement Officer, you will play a keyrole in driving organisational performance by leading and supportingimprovement initiatives, facilitating change projects, and partnering withteams across Council to enhance service delivery and business outcomes.Reporting to the Corporate Performance Coordinator, thisposition is responsible for championing Council's Continuous ImprovementFramework, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services, andsupporting the delivery of strategic organisational objectives.
