This integral role involves managing project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity throughout all project phases.Position DetailsJob Title: AO5 - Document ControllerDates:21/09/2026 – 17/09/2027 (possible extension)Location: Brisbane CBDPay Rate: $***** per hour + superOnboarding: Hybris system activated after 3 monthsClient Type: Government projectAbout the RoleAs part of the Project document control team, you will be responsible for coordinating document control activities across the project.
Your expertise will help facilitate complex review and approval processes, support project documentation workflows, and ensure compliance with standards such as TMR and Queensland State RecordKeep policies.
You will develop and maintain workflows, support training sessions, and continuously seek improvements in document management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and update Document Control Management Plans and proceduresSupport all document management users to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely processingMonitor and ensure secure storage, tracking,
and timely response to project documentsFacilitate training on document control procedures and TeamBinder usageCoordinate approval processes for program/package documentationDevelop and maintain workflows within the Document Management SystemManage transfer and administration of project data sources (InEight, TeamBinder, SharePoint, Content Manager)Conduct quality checks on documentation submissionsAssist with project correspondence, reports, audits, and submission requestsSupport TMR archiving requirements and complianceContribute to process improvements and team successAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in major project environments, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation in a rapid-paced setting.
You should possess strong governance skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
