Securecorp is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at a high-profile retail site in North Lakes.
This position is responsible for leading security operations on site, supporting the security team, managing incidents, and maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for customers, staff and retailers.This is a Level 3 Security position, attracting Security Services Industry Award rates, superannuation and a Supervisor Allowance.Consistent fortnightly roster at a high-profile retail siteEmployee wellbeing platform with discounts across retail, fitness, food and travelEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) supportCareer progression opportunities within a national security companyKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day security operations on siteProvide skilled security services and customer serviceConduct patrols, monitoring and surveillance activitiesManage access control, crowd management and site security proceduresRespond to alarms, incidents and emergency situationsIdentify, assess and manage security, safety and loss prevention risksProvide direction and support to security officers on shiftEnsure site procedures, client requirements and security standards are maintainedComplete accurate incident reports, shift reports and daily logsLiaise professionally with the client,
