Our client is a well-established Project Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the property and construction sector.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team.This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the Commercial and Accommodation sectors, providing exposure across the full project lifecycle from early planning and design through to construction and completion.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects on behalf of a range of clients, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key responsibilities will include:Managing projects from inception through to completion and handoverActing as the key point of contact for clients and project stakeholdersManaging project budgets, programmes, procurement and riskCoordinating consultants and project teams throughout the design and delivery phasesManaging the tender and procurement processOverseeing construction delivery and monitoring project performanceProviding regular reporting and updates to clients and senior stakeholdersIdentifying and managing project risks, issues and opportunitiesEnsuring projects are delivered in line with agreed time, cost,
quality and scope requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractorsAbout YouWe are looking for a Project Manager with strong project delivery experience who is comfortable operating in a client-facing environment.Ideally, you will have:5+ years' experience within the property, construction or project management sectorExperience delivering commercial, accommodation, residential, hospitality or similar projectsStrong understanding of the full project lifecycleExperience working within a Project Management Consultancy or client-side environmentStrong stakeholder and client management skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets and programmesA relevant qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, Project Management or a related disciplineThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing PM consultancy with a strong project pipeline and the prospect to work across a diverse range of assets.You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals, take ownership of projects and develop your career within a business that offers genuine long-term progression.
