Gemstone Joinery is the exclusive cabinetry supplier to GemLife, one of Australia's fastest‐growing luxury lifestyle resort developers.
With GemLife delivering 40+ homes per month, our workload is consistent and secure - no quoting, no gaps, just ongoing, high‐quality work.
Due to continued growth and increased demand across our projects, we're looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our team full-time at our busy factory.
We also welcome applications from3rd or 4th year apprenticeswho are eager to learn and grow in a supportive and quality-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Constructing high-quality cabinetry units for our resorts—factory-based work onlyWorking 8-hour shifts5:30 am – 2:00 pm (11:30 am Fridays)Enjoy early finishes and optional overtime
What You'll Need:
At least 2–3 years' experience in cabinet making (for trades)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team environmentTrade qualification (Cert III in Cabinet Making) is a bonus, not a mustPositive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
