Job Description
Cogent Resources is seeking a Process Worker for a family-owned Australian food manufacturer in NSW.
You will join the production team on a day shift (6:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday) to help ensure productive, safe, high-quality operations.
You will measure ingredients, follow recipes, document batches, pack products, maintain cleanliness, and assist with basic machine troubleshooting.
Prior experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of HACCP/GMP are advantageous.
