Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Rose Bay team full-time.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping things running smoothly and delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.Property Manager - Rose BayWhat you'll be doingYour day-to-day will include:Managing landlord and tenant relationshipsRent collection, arrears and trust accountingRoutine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsCoordinating repairs and maintenanceLease renewals and tenancy documentationKeeping on top of NSW tenancy legislation and complianceHandling landlord and tenant enquiriesMaintaining accurate property records and reportingWhat we're looking forWe'd love to meet someone who has:At least 3 years' residential property management experienceStrong trust accounting experienceGood knowledge of NSW tenancy legislationGreat communication and people skillsStrong organization and attention to detailExperience with property management softwareA current driver's licenseRelevant real estate qualifications/licensingWhat's in it for you?
