Package:Up to $150k inclusive of superThe Role:Reporting into the Head of Facilities Management, you will support facilities planning and asset management of a 130+ portfolio across Sydney, whilst also managing the relationships with multiple managing agents.A significant part of your role will include overseeing multiple projects across the portfolio so candidates with a solid understanding of project management within facilities will be very well received.A full PD with more information will be provide upon application.Your duties and responsibilities as Facilities Manager:Acting as facilities point of contact for all stakeholders and tenantsDeveloping effective relationships and providing reliable advice on all facilities mattersOverseeing and actively managing multiple projects across the portfolio
