SERVICE TECHNICIAN – SWIMMING POOL EQUIPMENTThis is a mobile field-service role covering greater Brisbane and surrounding areas, with regional travel when required.
You will undertake warranty, commissioning and technical service work for pool builders, retailers, service companies and pool owners.
The role offers considerable independence, so reliability, personal organisation and clear communication are particularly significant.Key responsibilitiesDiagnosing and repairing swimming pool pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation systems, heaters and associated equipmentCompleting warranty and after-sales service callsCommissioning equipment and checking new installationsAssisting pool builders, retailers and service technicians with product-related issuesProviding clear and professional explanations to customersCompleting accurate electronic service reports and uploading photographsKeeping customers and the Brisbane office informed about job progress and follow-up requirementsMaintaining the tools,
