invoicing and data entryCommunicating with clients and patients via phone and emailDriving company vehicles to deliver and collect dentals cases from clients throughout the Gold CoastCoordinating incoming and outgoing dentals cases– ...Assisting with the day‐to‐day organisation of the laboratoryGeneral cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environmentOur administration team is the face and voice of Cosmetic Dental DesignAbout YouThe ideal applicant will be:Reliable and punctual and organisedFriendly with strong customer service skillsA positive communicator and team playerComfortable working in a busy, varied environmentWilling to learn and take on new responsibilitiesInterested in a long‐term role with opportunities to grow and progress within the businessPrevious administration or dental experience is not essential.
