You will be guiding, supervising,



and mentoring RAAF Fitters and Airbus apprentices as they progress toward their AME qualifications.A Proud Mission: Directly support the Royal Australian Air Force and keep our defence capabilities flying.What You Bring to the HangarWe are looking for someone with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a genuine desire to pass on their skills.
To be successful, you will need:Qualifications: A Trade Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, a Cert IV or Diploma in Aeroskills, or a DASR 66 / CASA Part 66 Licence.Expertise: A solid understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and safety practices.The Right Attitude: Patience, solid communication skills, and an eye for detail.Note: Prior military experience, heavy maintenance experience, or specific C-130J knowledge is highly regarded, but not mandatory.The Perks of Working with AirbusWe look after our team with comprehensive full-time benefits.
