Mandate spanning:Logistics WarehousingLand lease communitiesDigital InfrastructureProperty DevelopmentBacked by a strong balance sheet and long-term partnerships globally, the platform benefits from deep capital support.
The investment strategy centers on developing high-quality, future-proof assets through specialist platforms, aiming to generate strong real estate returns with potential to add value through these specialist platforms.ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, you'll be part of a small best-in-class Real Estate investments team, with senior leaders from a tier-one investment background.
You'll work across the full investment lifecycle,



including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
You'll gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.What we're looking forWe are only considering candidates with investment banking experience.
