The RoleAn exceptional prospect has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading finance practices on a contract basis.Working alongside one of the most successful and highly regarded partners in the banking and finance market, you will be joining a market-leading team that advises on some of APAC's most significant and complex financing transactions.This role spans the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of legal documents, including syndicated facility agreements, common terms deeds, security trust and intercreditor deeds, as well as security and ancillary finance documents.
The successful candidate will also coordinate lender trees and liaise with parties to manage matter completion and post-closing work.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:4+ years' PQE gained at a reputable mid-tier, top-tier or international law firmStrong experience across global loans,
