We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to play a key role in growing our business with established and new accounts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be pivotal to our business.
This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, deliveries and operational support.
The main focus of this important role includes:
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat businessProvide exceptional service and product advice to customers (full training will be provided).




Deliver products safely and professionally to customers.Consignment and stock rotation at customer sitesAccurately pick, and pack daily deliveriesAccurately complete sales paperwork in a timely mannerHours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5.00pm (40-hour week)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Licensed to drive a manual vehicle preferredForklift licenced (or willing to obtain)Physically fit & able to lift heavy items repetitivelyAble to build robust customer relationshipsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to business developmentStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsComputer literacy for reporting and customer managementAble to have fun while working hard
