This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire, taking over a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties.
The current Property Manager has been with the agency for an impressive 14 years and is moving internally into another position — a genuine reflection of the stability, culture and longevity within the business.The RoleYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, with a strong support structure designed to allow you to focus on property management rather than administration.
Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing leasing and applications throughout the weekCommunicating with owners and tenants,



including onsite meetings when requiredNegotiating lease renewalsIssuing notices and breach noticesBuilding and maintain strong client relationshipsThe SupportNo trust accounts or accounts responsibilities — dedicated full-time accountantNo routine inspections — outsourcedPart-time assistant supporting ingoings, repairs and administrationMonday–Friday role with only occasional Saturday support if requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident, experienced Property Manager who knows their portfolio, communicates exceptionally well and can operate autonomously.
Ideally, you'll bring:Around 10 years' property management experienceStrong end‐to‐end residential property management knowledgeExcellent communication and relationship management skillsA proactive, organised and qualified approachCurrent Certificate of Registration (COR)The PackageUp to $110,000 package on offer, including $15,000 in guaranteed leasing bonuses, plus additional commissions for new business.
