We've crafted over 90,000 homes, ranging from first homes to luxury residences, all while maintaining the trust of our community – 1 in 4 customers referred to us by someone who believes in our commitment.The RoleAs a Site Manager, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality homes in accordance with all relevant Building Codes and ABN Group's safety and compliance standards.Reporting into our Construction Manager, your role will include but not limited to:Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materialsUtilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progressReach stage claim and completion targets in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliersUtilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvementPromote and maintain safe work protocols at all timesDeliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in your application, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourable:Recent Site Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industryRelevant trade qualification and Diploma in Building and Construction (desirable)Intuitive knowledge to operate computer programs effectivelyAbility to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codesCurrent C Class Drives License and White Card (mandatory)Robust time management and organisation skillsOpenness to learning and drive for continuous improvementWhy ABN?
