Your opportunityWe have an exciting chance for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at Westfield Marion.This is a hands‐on, varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll support the smooth and secure operation of the centre by coordinating contractors, supporting retailers, and maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and compliance.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll gain broad exposure across facilities operations while building your career within a busy and evolving environment.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing onsite investigationsCoordinating contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardManaging work orders, reporting, and administrative tasks through facilities systemsConducting routine inspections, safety checks, and supporting maintenance and minor worksBuilding strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersSupporting projects and ongoing improvements across the centreAssisting with incidents, emergencies, and compliance processes in line with proceduresThis is a contract role until April ****, based on site at Westfield Marion.What sets you apartYou're proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
