If you're passionate about creating smarter ways of working and making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.About The Role:This is not your typical coordination role.You'll be at the centre of one of BMD's most significant business transformation programs, supporting the rollout of new ERP platforms, digital solutions and AI-enabled ways of working across the business.Partnering with the Organisational Change Lead, project teams and key stakeholders, you'll help ensure our people are ready, supported and engaged throughout the transformation journey.This chance is perfect for someone with 1-2 years' experience who wants to build a long-term career in change management, digital transformation or business improvement.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting change management activities across enterprise-wide ERP and digital projectsConducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activitiesTurning survey results, feedback and adoption data into meaningful insights and recommendationsDeveloping engaging communications, presentations and change materialsAssisting with training needs analysis and creating learning resources that help teams succeedSupporting workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activitiesMapping business processes and documenting future ways of workingContributing to project reporting, governance and transformation delivery activitiesWhat You'll Bring:We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, tech-savvy and excited by the impact technology can have on people and businesses.Ideally you'll have:1-2 years' experience in change, transformation, project coordination, business analysis or a similar roleStrong analytical skills and confidence working with data,
feedback and reportingA passion for technology, innovation and emerging AI solutionsExperience supporting training, communications or stakeholder engagement activitiesStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointExposure to Teams, SharePoint and process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro or LucidExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBonus points for experience with ERP projects, digital transformation programs or change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.About BMDBMD is Australia's leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business.
