What you'll be doingProviding delegated nursing care under the supervision of a Registered NurseAssisting patients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and respectMonitoring and reporting changes in patient condition in a timely and accurate mannerSupporting patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing across physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needsContributing to nursing assessments and the evaluation of patient care outcomesActing as a patient advocate and supporting families with sensitivity and professionalismWorking collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamAdhering to skilled, legal, ethical, and organisational standards of practiceAbout youCertificate III in an appropriate healthcare field (essential)Previous experience in a similar Assistant in Nursing role (desirable)Sound clinical knowledge within the scope of Assistant in Nursing practiceStrong communication and time-management skillsA patient-focused, compassionate, and non-judgemental approachCommitment to quality improvement, safety, and risk managementA willingness to engage in ongoing professional developmentThe ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamMater is Queensland's largest not-for-profit healthcare provider,
