Job DescriptionAllergy & Anaphylaxis Australia – Castle Hill NSWThe Food Service Partnerships Manager role exists to drive the adoption and growth of the Food Service Program (All About Allergens) by building strategic partnerships with hospitality venues, industry stakeholders, peak bodies, and businesses where food service is a core part of their offering.
This role combines food service expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to improve safe allergen management practices across Australia's food service sector.While the Food Service Program is an established and proven initiative, the next stage of growth is focused on scaling its reach and embedding best-practice allergen management across the industry.
This role will lead the development of partnership models that integrate training, education, and resources into the everyday operations of hospitality and food service businesses.
Success will be built on creating trusted, long‐term relationships that deliver mutual value, support industry outcomes, and drive sustainable commercial opportunities.This is a unique opportunity to influence industry-wide change and help create safer, more inclusive dining experiences for the 1 in 14 Australians living with food allergy.
Working at the intersection of health, hospitality, education, and partnerships, this role will play a critical part in raising awareness, driving best‐practice standards, and improving confidence for both food service providers and consumers.You are commercially minded, relationship focussed and comfortable engaging with everyone from venue operators and restaurant owners through to executive chefs,
food safety specialists and government stakeholders.
You will work closely with and be supported by the CEO but we are looking for someone who is confident, organised & ready to run with opportunities.Key responsibilitiesResearch and identify potential partners and aligned brandsOwn and deliver a healthy partnership pipelineConduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, networking, and warm introductionsCreate, support and attend partnership pitches, presentations and proposal developmentAttend meetings, events and networking opportunitiesOwn and deliver partnership revenue targets and growth objectives through successful acquisition and retention of partnersRefine and position the Food Service Program into partnership offerings that meet the needs of different hospitality segmentsDevelop scalable partnership models that support industry adoption and revenue growthAbout you4+ years of experience in Hospitality or food service sector, ideally gained in venue operations, food safety, kitchen management, training, quality assurance or industry support rolesUnderstanding of back of house operations and the challenges the food service industry is facingUnderstanding of safe food handling practicesExperience working alongside chefs, venue managers or hospitality operatorsStrong understanding of food service sector including safety systems, HACCP principles, industry challenges, and risk managementCommercially minded with robust written and verbal communication skillsConfidence engaging with stakeholders and senior professionalsStrong organisation and time management skillsExperience managing pipelines, leads or stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work independently while staying collaborative
