The position promotes and supports social events to foster a strong sense of community within the University managed student accommodation facility and ensures a safe and secure environment for residents.In addition to an outstanding service orientated approach to student interaction and a strong set of administrative skills, this position requires a broad understanding of hospitality based operational tasks in an accommodation environment.Please note that while this role is primarily based at the Village, you may be allocated to other locations across the University student accommodation portfolio from time to time.Core ResponsibilitiesProviding accurate accommodation advice and information to prospective and current studentsSupporting students through omni-channel services including phone, face-to-face, email, online,
