Lakeside Pavilion, located on the edge of Albert Park Lake, hosts weddings, corporate events and private functions, with events ranging from intimate celebrations through to large-scale functions.
We're looking for a Casual Chef de Partie to join the team for a busy three-month period, with the opportunity to continue your journey with Australian Venue Co. afterwards.The Chance***** hours per week for the next 3 monthsOpportunity to transfer to another AVC venue after the initial three monthsWork across busy weddings, corporate events and private functionsBe part of a high-volume events kitchenOpportunity to build your experience across large-scale functionsAbout YouPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or strong kitchen experienceFunction and event experience is highly desirableComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchenAble to maintain quality and consistency during busy servicesReliable, organised and a strong team playerFlexible availability, including weekendsWhat's in It for You?
