With retail stores across NSW and Queensland and a busy online business, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience from the moment an order is placed through to its arrival at our customer's door.We are looking for an organised, hands‐on and motivated Online Coordinator to join our Online Warehouse team in Brookvale.About the RoleReporting to the Online Manager, the Online Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day‐to‐day operation of our online fulfilment function and assisting with the coordination, training and motivation of the Online team.This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and is comfortable moving between coordinating the team, processing orders, managing stock and getting involved in daily warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with training, supporting and engaging the Online teamAccurately and efficiently pick and pack customer ordersEnsure orders are packed carefully and to a standard that positively represents the Alfresco Emporium brandProcess and dispatch orders correctly through CIN7,



Shopify and ShippitBook and manifest freight consignmentsAssist with printing and sorting online and Click & Collect ordersMonitor stock levels of packing and stationery materialsComplete cycle counts and assist with general warehouse stock dutiesComplete end‐of‐day checks and help maintain a clean and organised warehouseLiaise with our Customer Care team regarding online orders and larger deliveriesResolve stock‐on‐hand order issues and coordinate stock transfers where requiredProcess refunds for out‐of‐stock productsHelp ensure the team follows WHS requirements and operational proceduresAssist with seasonal gift production during peak trading periodsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility in a busy online warehouse environment.You'll bring:Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitaskGood communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‐paced environmentAn understanding of WHS practicesA hands‐on approach and willingness to assist wherever neededThe physical ability to safely undertake warehouse duties, including lifting boxesA current driver's licenceWhy Join Alfresco Emporium?
