Job PurposeDP World is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Global Freight team, based in Docklands, VIC.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end export operations across airfreight and seafreight, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and delivered in line with customer requirements and operational deadlines.You will work closely with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders, while coordinating bookings, shipment processing, transport, documentation, invoicing and reporting to deliver a seamless export service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate bookings, transport, documentation, customs requirements, invoicing and shipment processingLiaise with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholdersMonitor shipment milestones, cut-off times, deadlines and KPIs, proactively resolving delays and operational issuesMaintain accurate shipment and customer information across DP World systems and ensure compliance with relevant processes and requirementsDeliver a high level of customer service while supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiencyQualifications, Skills and ExperienceStrong experience in export operations within a freight forwarding environmentStrong understanding of international freight forwarding,



export processes and the Australian supply chainExperience coordinating shipments from booking through to departure, including transport and documentationWorking knowledge of export documentation, customs processes and carrier requirementsStrong communication, problem-solving, customer service and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently, with experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems highly desirableAbout DP WorldDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
