We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Novotel Melbourne Preston.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be the organisational superstar behind our Sales team, helping keep everything moving and ensuring our clients receive great service.Your day will include:Supporting the Sales team with day to day administration and coordinationResponding to client enquiries and ensuring follow ups happen promptlyMaintaining accurate client, CRM and database informationCoordinating sales meetings, appointments and site inspectionsPreparing proposals, presentations,



reports and sales materialsTracking sales opportunities and helping move them from "maybe" to "definitely!"Assisting with sales campaigns, initiatives and business development activitiesHelping the team stay organised, on track and ahead of the gameWorking with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a seamless client experienceTaking on new challenges and learning more about hotel sales, events and business development every dayYou might already have hotel or sales experience, or you might be ready to take the next step in your career.We're looking for someone who is:Organised and detail focused – you love a good to‐do listProactive and enthusiastic – you see what needs doing and get stuck inA great communicator – confident speaking with clients and colleaguesCurious and eager to learn – we'll help you build your sales skillsReliable and positive – someone the team can count onComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious sales or hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude and potential are just as importantExperience with Delphi, Opera Cloud or other hotel/CRM systems is an advantage, but not essentialWhy Join Us?
