You'll work on diverse applications, exercise delegated authority, and contribute to policy, compliance and continuous improvement across Development Services.What You'll Be DoingAssess complex development and subdivision applicationsExercise delegated authority under planning frameworkSupervise, mentor and support Planning OfficersProvide expert planning advice to stakeholdersLead pre-lodgement meetings with applicantsRepresent the City at SAT and DAP hearingsPrepare Council and DAP agenda reportsManage compliance investigations and outcomesWhat You'll BringWe're looking for an experienced community development professional with robust leadership and strategic capability.
