You will play an important role in monitoring health outcomes, delivering evidence-based care and promoting client independence while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and communication.Conduct client observations and assessments, recognising and escalating clinical concerns when requiredDeliver nursing care in accordance with care plans and within your scope of practiceSupport clients with daily living activities, comfort measures and emotional wellbeingMaintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality healthcare outcomesCollaborate with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to provide secure, effective and person-centred careRegistry: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)1.
Relevant clinical experience in speciality.2.
