You'll work with skilled people wo care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams' success.About the RoleYou will ensure that our recruitment and onboarding processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.
You'll lead a team of Recruitment Advisors and Mobilisation Officers who are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for blue- and white-collar roles across our East Coast projects.
In particular, you will focus on strengthening our internal mobility processes, managing our recruitment suppliers and owning the recruitment operational processes.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of talent acquisition, ensuring efficient, compliant and customer-focused recruitment practicesAct as the first line of governance for recruitment processes, identifying risks,
