We're currently looking for an experienced Leading Hand Diesel Fitter to join our Fleet Services Workshop in Nambour.
The Role
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership to our workshop maintenance team while continuing to carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across our fleet.
This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a great opportunity for an experienced Diesel Fitter looking to step into or continue in a leading hand position in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the workshop maintenance teamCarry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and preventative maintenanceAllocate and coordinate daily workshop tasksEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardIdentify and resolve mechanical issues across the fleetSupport maintenance planning, parts requirements and job prioritisationMaintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company proceduresProvide guidance and mentoring to apprentices and less experienced tradespeople
