Due to an ongoing period of high deal volume, we are seeking a talented lawyer with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in global loans, leveraged finance and/or corporate finance transactions.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:4+ years' PQE gained at a reputable mid-tier, top-tier or international law firmStrong experience across global loans, leveraged finance and/or corporate finance mattersExcellent technical skills and commercial acumenRecent private practice experience preferredStrong drafting, transaction management and stakeholder engagement skillsLawyers with relevant high-quality in-house experience will also be considered,
