Leadership Opportunity – Operational Supervisor / Relief Duty ManagerJoin Cabravale Club Resort, one of South West Sydney's leading hospitality and entertainment destinations.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operational Supervisor / Relief Duty Manager to join our Club Operations team.
This is an exciting prospect to work for a premier destination club renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality, entertainment and customer experiences.This wide-ranging leadership role combines the day-to-day responsibilities of gaming floor Operational Supervisor at Cabravale Club Resort with the chance to step into the Relief Duty Manager role across Cabravale Club Resort and willing to assist Campbelltown RSL as required.As Operational Supervisor, you will support the Duty Manager in overseeing daily venue operations, with a strong focus on the gaming floor, customer experience, staff leadership and compliance.When rostered as Relief Duty Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation of the venue, providing leadership and direction to our teams while ensuring the Club operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislative and organisational requirements.Key responsibilitiesLead and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee gaming floor and daily operational activities.Take responsibility for overall venue operations when rostered as Relief Duty Manager.Coach, mentor and develop team members.Monitor compliance across RSA, RCG, WHS, AML/CTF and responsible gambling requirements.Manage incidents,



customer concerns and operational issues professionally and effectively.Liaise with Security and other departments to support safe and efficient operations.Complete incident reports, shift reports and operational documentation accurately.Maintain high standards of venue presentation, safety and security.Provide first aid assistance when required.About youPrevious supervisory or management experience within a Club or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of Club operations, including gaming and customer service.Sound understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Confidence managing incidents, complaints and challenging situations.Current RSA, RCG and First Aid qualifications.Advanced RCG is highly desirable.Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.Ability to work across Cabravale Club Resort and Campbelltown RSL when required.Further develop your leadership and operational management skills.Gain valuable Duty Manager and whole-of-venue experience.Work across two diverse Club environments: Cabravale Club Resort and Campbelltown RSL.Uniforms provided.Secure onsite parking.Access ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Work within a supportive and professional team environment.Enjoy career progression opportunities across both venues.
