This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your skills and efforts are valued and rewarded.As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and/or white-collar rolesBuild and maintain strong client and candidate relationshipsConduct regular client and site visits to support workforce needsSource, screen, and interview candidates with relevant skills, tickets, and licencesRespond to job orders and match suitable candidates to rolesCoordinate onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirementsManage ad placements across multiple platformsDevelop and maintain a strong and active talent poolProvide ongoing communication and support to clients and workers to ensure retention and performanceAbout you:Experience building strong rapport with clients, candidates,



and internal stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong administration skills with high attention to detailConfident using the Microsoft Office Suite and general systemsHighly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesA proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and growPrevious recruitment experience in a fast-paced workplace (preferred but not essential)Current driver's licence and reliable transportWhat's in it for you?
