Using data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling, the role identifies trends, supports workforce planning decisions, and continuously improves planning processes.
The position also manages key operational data and systems, collaborates with a range of stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes, and uses insights and feedback to enhance planning accuracy, efficiency, and service performance in a dynamic environment.A bit about youThe ideal candidate brings a qualification in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Commercial, Planning, or a related discipline, along with experience in telecommunications, network services, field operations, or workforce planning environments.
They are skilled in workforce planning and scheduling systems, data analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning, with the ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations.
