The lands and waters we manage with our Traditional Owner partners are varied and beautiful, from coastal cliffs, dunes and heath to rich marine communities to outback ranges and vast scrublands.We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team.Under the minimal direction of the District Manager, this position:Leads and implements operational joint management works programs for the Gascoyne District,



determining standards and ensuring all activities are compatible with departmental and service objectives and joint management responsibilities.Leads and manages staff and ensures a close liaison and working relationship occurs across the district and between regional staff and specialist branches, to provide for an integrated and effective delivery of services.Oversees the management of ranger teams with a focus on promoting and encouraging Aboriginal involvement in the workforce and works to increase Aboriginal participation.The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.For further information about the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, please visit .
