You will be working with a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals delivering some of Sydney's profile buildings.Key Responsibilities:Management of multiple projects (Minor & Major Works)Report and liaise directly with the Construction Manager of the businessDelegate works to ensure the smooth running of the projectsLiaise with builders and contractorsProject plan and cost controlEstimating and business developmentExperience required:Project Manager experience in the fire protection industry (essential)Wet Fire background is beneficialStrong knowledge of Australian Standards within fire safety systemsProven ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to effectively manage and develop a team of tradespersons and SupervisorsStrong time management and communication skillsValid Work RightsTo be considered for this role you must have valid work rights in Australia, sponsorship is not available.You must be an Australian Citizen, Australia Permanent Resident or have a valid working visa.You must be able to obtain police clearance and working with children check.
