A management role at Costis Fresh Seafood, specialising in fresh and cooked seafood located in Castle Hill, Castle Towers Shopping centre.
We are looking for passionate and high driven individuals that can work well as part of a team and take leadership in a management role.
Key responsibilities
Cash management
Ensuring effective day to day management of the store whilst achieving targets
Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales
Providing exceptional customer service
Promoting and managing the store and its services
Selecting and training the staff
Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within the store
About you
Experience in retail workplace
Experience in management
Experience in managing budgets, targets and other financial aspects
A high level of retail seafood awareness
Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self driven with outstanding managerial skills
Minimum of Diploma/Bachelor qualification in the similar stream
