Physiotherapist | Blue Care | Rockhampton/ Yeppoon CommunityMake a meaningful impact providing holistic, community‐based physiotherapy that enhances mobility, restores movement, and supports independence across Rockhampton and Yeppoon.Employment Term: Permanent Full Time – Commencing June ****Location: Rockhampton/ Yeppoon RegionsRemuneration: $***** to $***** p/hr (+ Super, Not for Profit Salary Packaging, Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's), Employee discounts, 5 Weeks Annual Leave)Your roleYou'll provide holistic, integrated care to your clients, enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing.
Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life.Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groupsPrescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modificationEducation and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carersGoal setting activities, as well as discharge and resolution planningLiaising with healthcare professionals such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredQualificationsYou'll be passionate about providing exceptional clinical treatment and therapies designed to enable your clients to maintain and improve their independence.
