This role leads data centre projects across Australia from concept through to Ready-to-Build and energisation,



owning the technical and development workstreams that turn a site into a deliverable project.ResponsibilitiesLead data centre projects from early-stage prospect through Ready-to-Build and energisationAssess sites from technical, planning, power and infrastructure perspectivesDevelop grid connection and power strategies with grid operators and utility providersSupport planning, permitting and stakeholder engagement processesIdentify and mitigate technical and development risksEnsure projects are deliverable, scalable and aligned with construction requirementsExperience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong technical understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling and utility systems, with the ability to evaluate engineering decisions and challenge technical assumptionsStrong understanding of Australian planning and grid connection processesExperience taking projects from early-stage development through design, permitting and delivery readinessHighly analytical, self-directed and comfortable with significant ownershipCompetitive salary and eligibility for equityBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsPrivate health insuranceBreakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employeesAs we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
