About the Role
The On Call Incident Response role is a full-time permanent position and will involve an 8-hour shift pattern between the hours of hours 5pm to 7am, Wednesdays to Sundays.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct visits to services to provide support and guidance to staff in trauma informed best practice, underpinned by the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention modelPromote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments for all individuals in our careRespond promptly and effectively to any incidents that occur during shiftsProvide oversight, direction, and reassurance to on shift teamsStep in to cover staffing vacancies or emergencies when requiredReview the care environment to maintain a clean,



safe home for young peopleEnsure rostered staff comply with WHS requirements
What You'll Bring
Minimum Diploma in community services, youth work, or social workKnowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practicesStrong documentation and compliance capabilityAbility to rapidly process and interpret complex information from multiple sources, triage risk and respond to incidentsCurrent driver's license, reliable vehicle, and probity clearances
